Historically, the low, slow and smokey style of US BBQ cooking was born out of necessity, as people sought ways to make tougher cuts of meat delicious. In doing so, they created a style of cooking that evokes passionate geographical rivalries and inspires backyard beginners and pit master professionals alike.
Believing that the quality and flavor of our meat must be good enough to stand alone, we serve our meats without sauce and leave it to our guests to choose the style they enjoy most- Carolina Tang, Mississippi Mild, Texan Heat or Hawaiian Halfway.
BBQ brings people together to have fun and enjoy great food in a laid back environment. Our rustic dining room, open fireplace and friendly staff help us to capture that BBQ spirit here at Blue's ... we hope you come on in and find out for yourself.

Your Hosts ...
Adam is a native of Southern Carolina where he spent his early years before moving to Mississippi where he worked his way through college at Little
Dewey's BBQ & Catfish. He met his Kiwi wife, Lisa, in
the Caribbean where she was working as a chef aboard private
yachts. Returning to the US, they indulged their mutual love of southern
food & BBQ cooking for many years before returning to New Zealand
and opening Blue's BBQ.
